Winner of Build a Boiler VIP day at Worcester Bosch
In around March 2016 my wife discovered that Worcester Bosch was running a competition where the winners of the competition would attend a VIP day at Worcester Bosch, which included the opportunity to build your very own Worcester Bosch boiler. She knew instantly that this would be something that I would really enjoy and therefore entered me in the competition.
When I got home that evening she told me that she had entered me in the compitition with the closing date being sometime in April. As this was sometime away I forgot about it until I was contacted by a member of staff from Worcester Bosch in May to confirm that I was one of the winners of the Build a Boiler VIP day. At first I did not believe it but she assured me that I was one of the winners and that confirmation would be sent to me by post.
Sure enough confirmation was eventually received. I was really excited and looking forward to this great opportunity and experience. I along with the other winners attended Worcester Bosch on Wednesday the 29th June where we got to experience a VIP day with some of the team. The day commenced with a briefing to confirm what the day would hold, we then went down to the production line and commenced with building our very own Worcester Bosch Boiler. We all then had lunch followed by a presentation where we all had our photographs taken with our boilers and the MD of Worcester Bosch.
I thoroughly enjoyed my day at Worcester Bosch especially building my own Worcester Bosch boiler. Thank you Worcester Bosch and thank you to my wife for entering me in the competition in the first place.
