Servicing

Neon Heating and Boiler Services Limited is Gas Safe registered, Oftec and HETAS registered.  We are experienced service engineers and service all natural gas, oil, LPG and solid fuel boilers, fires and cookers.

We recommend that you have your appliances serviced every 12 months to ensure their continued health and correct operation.  A poorly maintained boiler can often be highly inefficient; cost you hundreds of pounds in energy bills and in extreme cases can become dangerous.  Please note that some warranties will be invalid if the appliance is not serviced every 12 months.

We will carry out a full inspection of the appliance to check that it meets current safety regulations, test the pressure and ventilation and tell you about any possible issues. 

Our fixed priced boiler services are:

Natural Gas Boiler Service - £72.00 plus VAT
LPG Boiler Service - £72.00 plus VAT
Oil Boiler Service - £82.00 plus VAT (plus £12.00 plus Vat for a new nozzle and you may need a new flex) Solid Fuel appliances - wood burners, Aga etc - £114.00 plus vat

All other appliances - £72.00 plus VAT.   However if the appliance is serviced in addition to the boiler each extra appliances will be charged at - £40 plus VAT.
